Yes — every cottage is lakefront on Lake Erie, with direct access to nearly 200 feet of private shoreline, a beach area, and fire pits for evening sunsets.
Are pets allowed?+
Absolutely. Our cottages are pet-friendly, so your dog is welcome to enjoy the beach and grounds with you. Please let us know you're bringing a pet when you book.
What are the check-in and check-out times?+
Check-in is typically in the afternoon and check-out in the morning. Your exact times and door/lock details are included in the confirmation you receive after booking.
Is there a minimum-night stay?+
It varies by cottage and season. The live calendar on each cottage page shows availability and the minimum stay for your dates — if a stay is too short, it simply won't price out.
How do I get the best price?+
Book directly here on our site. You'll get our best available rate with no third-party service fees added on top.
Is parking available?+
Yes, free on-site parking is included with every cottage.
Are the cottages fully furnished?+
Yes. Each cottage is newly remodeled and fully equipped — linens, towels, a stocked kitchen, and all the essentials for a comfortable lakeside stay.
What is there to do nearby?+
Plenty — Grand River Valley wineries, Geneva-on-the-Lake, Lake Erie beaches and marinas, world-class walleye fishing, and historic covered bridges are all a short drive away.
What's the cancellation policy?+
The cancellation policy is shown at the time of booking, before you pay, and depends on the rate you choose. You'll always see it clearly before confirming.
